The Advanced Diploma in Enterprise Management to prepare and equip participants with a comprehensive knowledge of business skills that can be modified and/or adapted to meet the specific skills of the extended business enterprises.   • Covers international trading environment, the value and importance of international marketing research, the need for international marketing planning and strategy, market entry strategic options and choice, the international marketing mix, implementation and the importance of monitoring and control.
  • Concepts and theories involving law and finance, corporate governance, financing constraints, dividend policy, and capital structure.
  • Concepts covering the importance of understanding consumers in formulating marketing strategy and the use of consumer behaviour in the resolution of tactical and strategic marketing problems
  • Concepts of  HR skills, competencies and processes that can be used to win employee commitment and co-operation within unionised and non-unionised environments, collective bargaining and consultation, employee involvement, reward systems and fair and effective management.
  • Concepts and theories of operation management of resources through operations, processes, value chains using contemporary technologies

This analysis will form the platform for reviewing strategic options in response to the competitive environment and for considering aspects involved in implementing different strategic options
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the role of information in the business environment.  Learn how to effectively use and evaluate database systems for business decision making.  Understand the need for the use of information in supporting decision making.  Develop the ability to specify suitable information systems for effective knowledge management.
